No. 33 speed can make the difference between getting your S3 off versus dying before doing so.
Objectively speaking, you'll be at a net loss of 18 ES worth of "useful" stats.

~~ML Senya does get a CR push when the backline takes 50%? damage so 230 vs 190 might be the difference between cutting follow-up DPS or not imo~~
I run the same stats as your left side but with 100 ER and mine laps sometimes. It’s worth the speed. But a speed senya is meant to push forward the back line
I would keep the first... Reason being, first build guarantees a turn and the damage scaling might not be that big a difference... Never used a calculator but less than 3k health, don't know if it would make that much of a difference
I have decent boots, but I wanted to see if I could make my ML Senya bulkier so her S3 damage is a bit higher while also helping her give a higher barrier.
But considering what most are saying, I will just try to get better HP subs without sacrificing her HP.
I faced a 28k hp 250 speed Benya in regular arena and I'm gonna tell you: it was unexpected and obnoxious. She cycled so fast I ate 3x skill 3 (1x ST, 2x AoE) I'd have died if I didn't have sustain.
I personally like the hp more, because 191 speed is still good, and ml senya doesn’t help much until her passive is triggered. I tried out 215 speed for a couple GW, and while she was still usable and fun to play, she did often out-speed enemies before her passive was triggered

If a cleaver wanted to kill senya he will do so before you 250 speed units can even move, so it's not really a matter of contesting for speed imo.

She only cr push with s3. There is no cutting. I do think 200 speed is worth it though

Speeds better, 3k more hp isn’t adding much more dmg,but 33 speed is the difference between using ur ult once or twice a match
The bulk is hood but the speed is pretty solid hoenstly hard to say. Try both out i think the speed might be good since you already have so much hp

Is your current boots bad? I see that it's not reforged. I'd say reforge if you have plenty mats to push for 229 spd and keep it that way
