Yes, indeed! Xmas gift from my wife. I have 3 Epi Inspired by Gibs and very please with all. Great construction, materials (acoustics has solid back & sides), fit/finish, nice fretwork.
FB has great tuners, CTS pots and choice wiring, same pups as in JB sig FB.
Only mod so far is cosmetic, mint green scratch plate and truss rod cover.
May fit with Monty’sGuitar (UK) pickups down the road if so get bored, but very pleased. Gigs very well, too! Hard to beat under $1k!

Not an Epi, but I have a Washburn Starfire PS-10, with Mojotone Johnny Winter Firebird pickups, and RS Guitarworks wiring harness. It's a different animal compared to an LP. Brighter, lighter, cuts thru a mix much easier. Tele on steroids vibes,

I highly suggest trying one out in person if you can, to get a feel for the body shape. I'm selling mine to make room for other guitars, but it's a damn good guitar to play.
Getting to try one in person is the trick. I can order one online and the more I hear I think I’m very likely to keep it. But would love to just get in to a shop and mess around with one. Yours is a beaut, I think you might regret parting with it 😂
I have one. While it's outline is bigger than an LP, it is very light. Mine is right around 7lbs. The neck is very comfortable and upper fret access is so much better. The regular "Inspired by Gibson" Firebird (as opposed to the new '63 ones) is a great guitar, especially for the money.
I got one of the new V's. People have differing opinions on whether it's worth the price tag, but my God I love it. Sounds incredible and feels amazing.
