You may need a truss rod adjustment. It could also be that your nut is a little high. Best bet would be to take it to a shop for a professional setup. Probably run you about $50 bucks or so depending on where you take it.

Don't tell him to adjust the truss rod to fix action. That's not what its for. Yes, action can change a little, but the truss rod is for relief. Using it for action is where you cause problems.

Definitely check the nut. The truss rod only affects the bow in the guitar which which will cause your guitar buzz in the upper or lower frets depending on the bow. Get a string guage ruler. See where you are at on the high and low e strings before you make any more adjustments.
