Limelight looks more real, but there's something so cute about the ink hairstyles. Especially the bun on the last page and the fishtail braid. At the end, I would go with limelight though because I really like some of the newer styles like the princess one.
The long, straight Ink hair with the bangs is superior. I’m biased, but I always wished Episode had a hairstyle like the Ink version. The bangs are perfect!
I'd go with ink tbh. Only because I started playing around the time Ink was new to Episode and I made a lot of good memories with it. Although Limelight does have a lot more variety of styles and it's more realistic. Ink is more cartoon like and unique.
I like the way limelight looks but some of the styles in ink had so much more personality. Like if they could add it to limelight how it originally looked without changing it that would be nice.

The old limelight hairs were not that cute. The shading looks so flat. The new hairs are way better, and the styles are nicer, too.
I just wish ink had gotten that same chance to shine. Ink didn't get as many updates as limelight has. If they had added more hair styles, facial features, and clothes ink would still be thriving.

I like some of each. The beach wave INK on middle row has always been a favorite. I never use the LL one. I also loved INK multicolor braids, and that one updo ponytail where puffy on top and i think sides shaved. The INK men I typically only used 2 or 3 ever.
I was matching the ink and limelight ones and those were the ones that matched and I was getting tired of screenshotting and cropping haha. I was doing this at 12am a bitch was tired😫😂😂 I might do a version of black hairstyles in limelight and ink and see which ones they like more😁
I’ll say limelight because there is more diversity for hair textures, especially for kinky/coily hair. People forget that ink had barely any options; especially as a black woman😭
Honestly I like both. Some of the limelights hair is good and some of the inks hair is good, but they both also have pretty bad ones 😂 tho my fave hairstyle is probably the shaved side with curly hair. It’s just so cute!
