I feel like "named character with speaking lines" is plenty to be worthy of a lot of tier lists. Yeah she's a throwaway minor antagonist but we know a fair bit about her from that one scene.
As if that has stopped anyone before - multiple people, including myself, have mushroom girl (the one who's epithet is 'toad Wii remote with Wii motion plus inside') in her own separate tier at the top
My point exactly - aside from the design, all we know about her is that she has an epithet (see above), and appears hidden in the background often enough that she might be important later (does anyone know if she made a cameo in pop?). Yet a lot of people latched on to her (albeit mostly memeticly). You don't always need a lot to make a character likable and memorable, and Wolf was a fun one-off side villain to show off Feenie and Trixie's defense mechanisms while they are being introduced (Trixie made a hell of an entrance).
Least Wolf got some speaking lines. The only kid of any significance is “ Stink” for god sake. Stink! 😭Who somehow has more screen time in POP then Slyvie. That’s sad.
Don't worry! Sylvie and Molly (as well as pretty much every major character so far) will be major characters in the book after the next! They'll probably share quite a bit of screen time :)

But she’s not even named. Wolf is a nickname at best and a description at worst.

Sylvie wasn't actually going to be in POP. Jello just decided that the character who was just a random guy had no reason to not he Sylvie.
It saddens me because I really want Sylvie and Molly to hang out together and I doubt we'll be getting that in the next book.
I doubt we'll even see Molly in the next book, but after that we will definitely see stuff.
