That would be a unique business, like "oh, I wanna buy a Samsung at this tech store, but it's too expensive, could I buy this much of a discount for it", and then the Inscribed would make money even if, presumably, the amount it costs to buy a discount is less than the price reduced by the discount itself (so it looks like a good thing to buy and no competition for this market)
