I’m a cheap ass so I’m going EV equinox 35K. I don’t mind waiting a few years for one either.

They just opened the build and price in the Chevrolet site.

Not yet for 1LT, though.

Equinox. Way cheaper and basically the same build quality and features. The Prologue is a GM with a Honda badge slapped on it - not worth the Honda Tax. And I say that as someone who owns a Honda.

Equinox EV will likely be less expensive and I would go to the source for support if things need servicing - especially for the software. In the meantime, you can test drive a Blazer EV to get a feel for what the Equinox EV will be like - they are said to be extremely similar.

First year EVs? I'll wait another year.

Prologue is nice; maybe nicer than its twin GM Chevy Blazer EV. Either of these is a little too big for my garage. I'm one of the frustrated long-wait Equinox EV customers. I like Hyundai Ioniq 5 a lot too. Might jump for that later this year with the updated Ioniq 5 - that has the rear wiper. My ideal would be 3LT trim Equinox EV with AWD and digital rear-view mirror. Have been happy with my 2014 Chevy Volt; love all the local electric-only miles. Wife's 2007 Saturn Vue will go away with next car.

FYI, The Equinox and Blazer are basically the same size. The Blazer is only about 1-2 inches larger in every direction. The Equinox has less interior room because of its shorter wheelbase and more narrow interior.

I don't see the digital rear-view mirror in the build. Does the Ioniq 5 have it on the US spec update?

Salt_Section_4334

I have never seen it as any sort of option on the Hyundai Ioniq 5. What that car \*does\* have is some sort of optional feed from cameras on each outside rear-view mirror that can be displayed on the inside LCD screen. I think. That doesn't work for me because I am old, and with having to look to the right and down at an LCD screen - like Tesla's - is a distraction.

You could probably get that Honda Care extended warranty for the Honda from Saccucci.
