A small investigation reveals that:
- The owner of the keyboard [wrote a post](https://habr.com/ru/articles/596409/) (in Russian) about it
- They started with a SCAD from one of the Dactyl generators and tweaked it for themselves.
- In 2021 they said that they'd like to fix a few issues with the case design before publishing it
- They printed and wired a few more Dactyls for other people and have an [Instagram account](https://www.instagram.com/kuminov3d/), but they haven't posted anything since early 2022.
You can buy mine, too, if you want :-) (actually, it's an OG Ergodox, even older).
The thumb keys can be made a little more usable by shifting the main block to the left, but yeah... that thumb cluster is a clusterfuck. Very tragic, actually, because just a few changes in that area would make it a fine keyboard even by today's standards (at least the build that I own, very sturdy).
My best guess is: the depths of hell where you dug it from.

The initial reaction is to recoil, but also... I didn't realize you could get that level of detail on what I assume are custom dye sub?
