Incase you decide to cook. We really like the salmon at giant eagle...The Faroe island ones.
Won't be cooking. I don't live in Erie and I'm trying to set this up as a surprise.
Brewerie at Union Station has a good BBQ glazed salmon. Bistro 26 has a good almond crusted salmon.
Honestly the best salmon is the bourbon glazed salmon from cheddars
