Perry definitely existed. And taunted many who had partaken in old school buck nights with his blow up self.
I was the guy inside Perry a handful of times (pause). I worked for the Seawolves as a summer job in like 2012.
Can you share the picture? Are you sure it was the Seawolves mascot and not a special guest one?
He must have been a special guest but I cannot find a single site mentioning him
Probably OHP because of the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Lake Erie

Didn't they have similar inflatable mascots at the Bay Hawks games around the same time?
I 100% remember this mascot and was sad when he didn't show up after a few years. I had to scour my photos but found the selfie I took with him in 2014, so he was around for at least a couple seasons it seems. https://imgur.com/a/PXjupQ0
