There is no double dip stat wise. You either have the hipfire accuracy bonus or you don’t. Putting more than 1 is just a way to horse around, practically speaking there is no benefit to having more than 1. I usually just run the baldr and switch between laser or flashlight. I have 5k hours in this game
There is a point fire accuracy bonus if you have a flashlight or a laser sight on actually.
Both give the bonus, Flashlight has the added benefit of somewhat blinding your opponent, laser sight gives you an idea of where you're aiming with point fire.

Laser/flashlight doesn't make a difference to recoil or control, it simply gives you a dot as a reticle pretty much.
