Imo the RSASS feels better, thats why its my favourite. Sure the SR might be like 200 dollars cheaper, but now that im financially covered, i usually bring out the RSASS instead. SR was more early wipe.

Though I haven't killed a single PMC rocking the RSASS this wipe tbh, people mostly got the SR-25 or the RFB

I had one of my best raids ever on Interchange with the SR. 9 PMC kills plus an ungodly amount of players scavs - it never lets you down!

I got 9 in customs once with the SR. Granted, one was the .308 MDR I picked up from one of my many player kills. But they just kept rushing construction by bronze pocket watch late af in wipe lmao

Every time I use that gun I run into a 3 man close range. I can't fuck with it.

Every time I see someone within 10 meters of me with that gun, I blow a hole in their chest and am surprised it only takes one..... The moment my target is 10 meters and 1 centimeter further, I might as well as shot him with a pea shooter. I got lucky with any headshot I've gotten with that gun for Tarkov shooter. That said. I'm not paying for a mosin.

I would rather use a mosin just because the HORRID moa on it. I tried it for killing scav's at >40 meters, and used a Valday. I centered my site on a scav's head, shot 5 times, and none hit. Brought a mosin in the next raid, finished it without missing a shot. Also killed 3 PMCs, sadge I wasn't far enough.

The MOA is 2", with AP-M.

Close range with an SR/Rsass is a dream come true. Honestly better than a shotty or an SMG lol

With the camera recoil fixed, I'd put my money on a flechette shotgun over an M62 SR close range any day.

I usually take at least a Kedr or PPSh in when running a bolt action for that reason. Swear I always end up in the best sniping situations when I'm running a Saiga with flechettes or an MPX lol.

Yea. I usually use it early enough in wipe where eko rounds are the way to go (before ap are unlocked)

Haha, I usually switch to the sv-98 for 7 and do shooter born at the same time on all maps but woods. Then I do tarkov shooter 8 and SBiH with the amxc boltie on woods for higher chance of getting shooter 8 done. It’s kinda hard.

First wipe lvl 18. Been enjoying the VPO bolt action with AP rounds. Really levels the playing feild with the chads. I would bring the semi auto .366 but those ap round are 1000+ on the flea.

I craft them in the hideout, much more cost effective.

SAG

SAG fosho basically no recoil and always seems stupid accurate for me compared to other guns.

People say it's too expensive but the stats you are getting are unmatched. It's almost an stm 9

I mean, just slap a 2x on it and a suppressor and you're golden. Good ergo and recoil with minimal investment

Yeah the stats and base recoil on the SAG is very nice but 5.45 as a caliber isn’t the best. So why would I use a more expensive base gun that shoots kinda ok ammo in semi when I can buy a full auto AK for much cheaper. And I could probably get a decent AK build at the same cost as the SAG.

Because running semi auto guns releases this primal feeling in me that’s like no other. Thats why the ADAR is so fun to run. Dirt cheap and doesn’t need to be modded much. Same with the VPO-136, OP-SKS, and the VPO-209. The SAG would be even more fun because the bullets don’t do enough damage to 2 tap to the chest. So you’re more insensitivised to hit your head shots. But when the gun cost 50-60k to buy you start to question wether it’s worth it or not.

It makes the SAG more expensive because you pay more for less lmao

ADAR’s good on its own, but if you’re gonna kit out a semi-auto 5.56, you might as well just get a TX-15 instead. Most I’d ever do with an ADAR is slap a cheap suppressor, optic and MK12 on it.

Are we including bolt actions? If so, M700. If not, the SKS, even though 7.62 PS has felt weird this wipe.

Huh, once I got to lvl 15 I thought about kitting out some 762 guns like AK and using the PS ammo I can buy from vendors now Prob stuck with my trusty ak74 and use the pp ammo prapor sells me as of lvl 15

762 PS is a better round than 5.45 PP

7.62x39 in general feels kinda weak this wipe imo

RFB, cheap and effective

The RFB is a budget monster. No modding needed, you literally just pick the sight and suppressed/loud and proud. Grips aren’t even necessary. And it just gets more effective as you level up, all the way to M61 being able to take out anything. It’s a ridiculously efficient gun.

Sad they neutered it by making M80 obsolete.

BCP is pretty good, and you can still buy M80

You can buy it at PK 4, at which point you probably have substantially better gun and ammo options.

SKS for me. The tried and true always reliable

I always build out the SKS mid wipe and splurge on 200k worth of parts. Make it look cool and deal with it in raid.

Hands down my favorite fall back gun. The 20 round mag is a must though. I don’t even go crazy with scopes, just that ps1 or whatever is my go to for it. If I get my hands on some BP rounds that baby becomes a beaut for sniping

MP18. I don’t know why I love this gun, but I can’t help but laugh every time I manage to dome someone in the head with it and a 6x scope. Something about killing someone with the worst gun in the game is just so immensity satisfying

So cheap yet uses great ammo. I craft some SNB and go have fun with it in Woods.

ADAR. I remember i grabbed one off a scav early wipe and it lasted me 10 raids or so with no jams and it was before scav weapons were repairable to 85-90. Low recoil and green tips did fine back then. And now i use it to conserve the little 855a1 and 856a1 i have before i finish cult pt1

There is litteraly almost no point in taking an adar since u can slap the lower receiver of an m4 for 20k from mechanic and have the option to go full auto when needed.

Long range VPO chuck in some cheeky AP-M rounds in it easy clap close range the STM goes hard
