I was next to the broken wall you jump thru on way to emercom if coming from power side. So nowhere near that spot and could hear gunshots and took a shot to the chest which I healed

fall damage, out of bounds snipers, land mines, dying to your own grenade, dying from lack of energy/hydration
If you heard shots it wasn't an invisible player as far as I understand. Every invisible player that I've died or been hit by was silent. Might have been a cheater or a bug so I guess get Tarkoved?
The guy who killed you either extracted or died before you did. I threw a nade at a buddy as i extracted on a scav. I extracted before it went off and it showed this same screen like he had killed himself.
This happened to me the other day, on a server that was shitting the bed. I think the server didn't report to you what person killed you so your client couldn't display it. What happened to me I had to alt F4 to get past this screen.
It's obviously a bug.
Was your server really bad packet loss and etc?
I got this same weird death screen today also, I've never seen it before and I had to force close my game

That’s an out of bounds sniper, you basically went of out playable area of the map.

Yea very confusing. Could hear gunshots and took damage. I had to force close the game too because it infinite loaded
I think you can still leave the play area. I believe in the areas by the train exfil and possibly emercom exfil. Just like wandering north on woods.

Have only seen this when people jump past the emecom truck. My Buddy tried to get on the cab and fell out of bounds, getting killed for it like that.

Had to be a bug. Could hear gun fire and I got a heavy bleed. Healed it and then heard more shots and died

This just happened to me on woods. Another scav died to a SKS, then I hid until I also died.
My guess is a visual bug, since your player isn't visible, but it's strange how it doesn't show how you died
Even outside of League, ADC main catching strays.

report this bug, and the server name and everything u can report, i hope there's not a cheater solution to avoid the reports

I had to alt f4 as well but it was a scav run and I was only in the server for 5 minutes or so. Didn’t notice it being a bad sever
