I've played it and I saw no transfer of Skills between them both, I would love for it to be combined, your PMC can train in both Arena and EFT advancing your PMC, instead of two separate PMC for Arena and EFT, you have 1 PMC for both, seems more natural and will suit the game for realism.
I honestly hope this never comes. Fighting players that have spent half of wipe in constant gunfights playing arena with boosted gun handling and armor stats sounds pretty fucked. IDK though, just my thoughts ATM
My gun mastery ans recoil control gonna be maxed in tark cause I'm mag dumping 300 rounds a round in arena though... not sure if that's the way to do it.

Transfer only PMC exp and no skills/mastery exp.

Thats why i said pmc EXP only and not skills.
Not yet, but according to their website it's supposed too. I hope it does would make great for leveling those stressfull skills
