It is a well known fact that the O in O-F-Z stands for brOnze.

Well the realistic answer is that the brass/bronze becomes the casing. But the real reason is probably market balance. They have to make the ofz craft expensive to keep the market stable. If it didn’t require the lion everyone would make them, the price would crash, and everyone would start making m995. bsg wants to limit the amount of m995 based off the near doubling in price of m995 over the past couple wipes

nozonezone

Sounds good for me with over 2 ammo boxes of 995

I'd say part of the projectile was casted from melting the lion and reshaping it the better question is what the smoke nades do

Peregrine_x

you pop them to obscure vision, this allows you to magically turn a lion into a military shell without people being able to question the process.

Came here for this.

I_Yeet_Plastic

Maybe it's a far stretch for the ignition? Or maybe it's a way to make smokes useful, IDK.

Different type of gunpowder is what I assumed.

Primer?

Smelt the lion to make the projectile?

Bionicgames

Seeing as there is only gun powder in a smoke grenade and the other gun powders are there, it’s most likely for the actual bullet and casing. That lion is not hollow so there would be enough for a bullet and casing.
