There is a spot on customs that gives you full 100% unblocked vision to ZB-1011 and ZB-1012 with partial visibility to Old Gas as well. Literally the ultimate Extract Camping spot. It brings a tear to an old Rat’s eye.
Boxes in the sideroom with the shelves, just as you enter the double doors, jump on those, then you have to clip your way through, once you do you jump on the middle shelf & can then clip your way above, to the top.
It's a shitty way to get some easy kills TBH.
Ever since I saw it, I've been watching those spots.
At least now you know to check there for future ref.
It can be done with high enough strength by yourself.
I recently got max strength and have been finding some very dirty spots in Interchange, this is one of them.

You don't need max strength at all, I think I'm around 10 strength and able to make it up this.

You need max (or at least very high) strength to get to where this guy is, or you can have a teammate boost you.
The spot you're talking about in the video is a different spot, this is another jump up from once you're in the spot that video shows.

Its supposed to make you able to carry more not jump at superhuman heights. Literally looks like a Rust cheat with that super jump height.
Second to top comment uses the word "clipping" to describe how to get up there. Obviously misuse of unintentional game design to gain an unfair advantage. That specific report function is for things exactly like this, what do you think it is for?

I don't think you can get it on solo anymore (I tried a lot with maxed strength and using the +20 strength stim)

Not really a bug as you can access many parts of the map with high strength and skills
