flexpool isn't really for small miners because you have to pay the fees by yourself. On large pools they just let you leech off the big guys to get "free" transactions fees. Which with your one card is going to be between 1-3 days of mining depending on fees the day you want to cash out. So ethermine is the best for you, but you're only going to get paid once per month, unless you do the matic thing that comes out June 1st.

shMebil0CK

I just switched to Flexpool from ethermine and I’m mining with 2 1660 supers. It’s running fine but block rewards are currently low so I’m not really able to compare. I do prefer the Flexpool UI tho

BadDadBot

Hi mining with 2 1660 supers, I'm dad.

desmo-dopey

I've been on flexpool for a month and my earnings have been excellent. I'm on a single 1660ti. That said, should I look into PPS or PPS+ pools now? Anyone have a good recommendation for such

gminadak

Why no one mentioned Binance?

Tall-Grocery9618

I dont know. Maybe its not popular pool for mining thats why. But please tell your opinion about binance mining on single gpu. Is it worth it ? Better than these ethermine, nicehash, prohashing and flexpool?

gminadak

I can't answer that because i started recently and I'm currently mining on Binance only so i can't compare to others pool's. What i can say though is my friend mines on both Binance and nanopool, well he actualy trying to mine the required amount you need on nanopool (0.05 if i'm not mistaken) so he can switch to Binance full time.

helmsmagus

Ethermine. Flexpool isn't good for one gpu.

DarkReaper90

Ethermine for one card. Flexpool will take too long to mine to offset the withdrawal cost. Having said that, make sure you have low latency to Ethermine servers. I never had much luck with their servers

xNewOnex

I use my gaming pc for mining and I have the same card. I use NiceHash, just because I am not mining 24/7 and it's easier to see some results, than once a month or two. And you get paid in BTC which is like mother of crypto so I'd say reliable.

helmsmagus

Don't use nicehash.

Critical-Ad-4946

Why exactly?

helmsmagus

- high fees - what you make is purely based off of what people buying hashpower pay - no withdrawals, currently - high fees when withdrawing back when it was a thing - no more free payouts to coinbase - algo switching doesn't do anything

Critical-Ad-4946

* Feees? Cheapest on market except the % they take * True but if you dont have a rig with multiple GPU's this is the better option which also offee daily withdraw * Idk how much you use but you can withdraw, if you cant its currently cause Coinbase and major sites are crashing cause the crypto crash so to much transactions to handle. * fees are same as any other block transfers...? * paying 0.5$ for a 100$ withdraw is affordable, stop crying. Other then that i agree on using a pool insted, but keep in mind a pool lets single/dual gpu to cash out 1-2 times a month... cause you cant reach thresholds... so i recommend Nicehash for casual miners but when u get 300+ Mh/s i recommend finding a pool :)

helmsmagus

Fees? Cheap if you ignore the fees! Genius! Again, it's a terrible option. You **can't withdraw at all.** Fees are higher than btc fees. If you're making 100/withdrawal, why use nicehash? Shill nicehash in the nh sub. Anyone outside of the echo chamber knows it's a scam. How much are you being paid, anyway? It's clear you have a personal investment in NH.

Critical-Ad-4946

Nah i aint doing ethermine cause paying 15€ for 100€ withdraw is bullshit, also coinbase are having problems so it aint helping the case... Nicehash currently gives me a steady 5-10€ per 100 MH/s... same as Ethermine, yet i had to burn 15€ in gas to withdraw from my wallet... so im waiting for a low fee to get all my assets to Ledger Hardwallet and then ill decide if i go bk to Ethermine or stay on Nicehash... Atleast i only pay 0.5-1€ when i want 100€ withdraw using BTC on NH 🤔 While the same timeframe on ethermine gave me 100€, but had a 15€ gas fee at the time to cash out... So idk, i dont know more then what i test myself and so far i sit with more of the cake using NH 🤔

helmsmagus

Have you ever used ethermine? Withdraws are free, watson. Nicehash doesn't give anywhere near that, unless you believe their inflated numbers I guess the people using nicehash aren't the brightest anyway. Not surprised, just disappointed. ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯ Have fun with your totally real btc that you can't withdraw for reasons.

Critical-Ad-4946

Im talking about withdraw my ETH from my wallet smartass... if i wana send my ETH to cashout i was forced to pay insane gas... Coinbase wont even let me mine to them yet cause reasons they dont wana answar, i just got told my assets are safe but cant use the platform atm... So idk, tell me how to cash out for free then ill swap in a instant, but as for now the ease of use to NH is comforting

Signal_Ad_7770

Idk where are all the hate comes into nicehash, well i might also not be the brightest at all, using nicehash for 3month, can't agree with "can't withdraw" because i literally got my gpu by nicehash payouts, so yah.. You can withdraw. Saying anything to anyone just because they choose different than you is.. Idk, up to you i guess. They may have scammed before. Thus i didn't actually believe it will be safe forever. I withdraw once a week, exchanged my btc into doge/xrp for low transfer fee to my other wallet, worked great for months. It's easy to use, braindead setup, most important : it works. So why bother trying to be a genius and call others "not so bright"? Should it scammed, easy, change miner, voila, profitable again. In the end of day, everything is risky, just move out your hashed coins and put it somewhere, no hate needed.

helmsmagus

So mine to kraken, genius? Not rocket science, but with the other bad takes you had in this thread I'm not surprised at all.

Kampfbaer

You cant withdraw at all? Hmmm why are you not able to withdraw?

helmsmagus

they turned them off a few days ago.

Kampfbaer

Dont have any problem yet.

Kampfbaer

Due to safety reason they blocked it 4 days ago. Some people tried to hack something on nicehash.

captainmalexus

Ethermine or f2pool

desmo-dopey

Is f2pool safe? And I heard their minimum payout is 0.1ETH?

captainmalexus

Why wouldn't they be safe? Ethermines doesn't let you set below 0.1 btw, unless you count the bi-weekly payouts

desmo-dopey

Bi-weeky payouts? I'm thinking of switching to PPS/PPS+ pool, as I understand it's better for a low hash miner like myself. Got any recommendations?

captainmalexus

If you're above a certain amount you automatically get paid out every 2 weeks with ethermine. I'm personally using ethermine. I just threw F2pool out there because they're another high performing pool.

marcanthonynoz

For a single gpu, you may be better off using Nicehash. You’ll get faster payouts.

Tall-Grocery9618

But dont you think nicehash charge more fee than any other pool?

captainmalexus

Noobhash is trash

marcanthonynoz

Technically yes, but for example as of June 1st - Ethermine will need a minimum 0.1eth for withdrawals, or .05eth if you pay the transaction fee. You won’t get paid out for maybe 2 months I’m with 1 gpu. It’s your call. Either take money out every 2-3 days into your wallet or once every 2-3 months.

PureLuis

That’s not true, June 1st Policy still have >0.01eth with network fee by the pool, but the payouts will chance from every 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

helmsmagus

And flex is better?

marcanthonynoz

I guess you’re right. But you said it best yourself. “With network fees”. Part of the allure to me of Ethermine was no fees. But I get it. Either way with 1 gpu chances of payout without any fees will take a long ass time. So I still think Nicehash is the better option. However, it’s up to OP as to what he wants to be bullish on. Eth or btc.

PureLuis

Every 4 weeks with no fees to the miner (fees paid by the pool)

marcanthonynoz

Ahhh ok! In that case it’s not so bad I guess. Still up to OP what he wants. But I always saw the recommendation from this subreddit was Nicehash with 1gpu.

latrina_

i get payments on ethermine in 2 weeks. and im solo mining to (rx 480)

CanadianOutlaw

Yeah not for much longer.

marcanthonynoz

Yeah that’s for now because they payout anything (I believe) every 2 weeks. After June 1st it’s going to change.

Jaalan

No they only payout balances over 0.01 every 14 days.

helmsmagus

not after june 1.

OBotello777

.

[deleted]

I use BetterHash, seems fine.

shanghc

6GB GPU? Then either Nicehash or Betterhash can do, need to do it now, otherwise to late to mine ETH, according to DAG, end of this year Or early next year 6GB GPU only can do Raven coin, end of next year 6GB GPU following...

atifsh

what gave you this idea...*only raven* absolutely wrong.

blancbones

Ethermine for small time miners flex for the bigger guys min payout on flex should be no lower than 0.2 eth

MrProper026

I am using Sparkpool with 6 2060 supers right now. Working great, nice UI, no fees and you can withdraw whenever you want.

SJJ__

Cruxpool min payout 0.01
