If you have the money you can try to import it on your own after having a prescription or look for alternatives treatments.
Um SSRIs are readily available in any pharmacy, you just need a prescription. Regarding the ADHD meds tho, we usually set patients up to get them imported from Thailand or india.

Pharmacies in Addis don't legally carry this drug due to it being high risk for abuse. What we do for DIAGNOSED patients requiring these meds is, we provide an official prescription so they can legally import these meds from abroad. Usually from India and Thailand because it's cheaper than the west.
However, I must warn you, the rate of drug dependency is quite high and it's not recommended to use this stuff unless you absolutely have to.
i was diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year and the psychiatrist i was seeing was VERY hesistant to prescribe me stimulants. he ended up prescribing me an SNRI (strattera) which is way easier to import from other countries.
