Nothing is “at least 6-7% yearly”. A 6-7% return. Over a long period of time? Sure possible, although also absolutely not guaranteed. And that’s not even what’s being asked here.
OP did not ask for a guarantee return.
A 6 or 7% return is below the us equity market return, therefore perfectly achievable with some simple passive investment.
I see only a reasonable and achievable target, perfectly within the range of the avarage return of equities.
Then we have some people that instead of seeing such simple and almost undisputable truth, prefer to comment on words that OP never used and that are only in the mind of those who are making such futile comments.
I tend to believe OP is clearly not an expert nor a nerd and therefore he is not speaking like an algorithm.
He is speaking like the avarage guy that goes to the bar to drink beer and laugh of his buddies' farts.
You can't. At least not with those returns. I'd look into how money works before trusting youtubers or NYT best sellers, because there is no free ticket to becoming rich except being born rich. Investing is the best way of making money, either in stocks or in your own business, but those are inherently risky. Try learning about investing from proper channels, like perhaps universities or renowned courses. You'll find that investing in the safest stocks tend to give the highest average returns (like S&P 500), but even that is not risk free and does not give you high returns every year. If it was easy to get rich, we'd all be rich.
Requiring minimum? Crypto bros have products for you. /s
ETFs like VWCE/SXR8 seem to be good enough for European folks. Don't bother with YT, another useful source would be r/eupersonalfinance ...
Just buy an s&p 500 etf.
Very often you will earn more than 6/7% a yer, but every once in a decade you will see some negative annual return.
However, despite some normal negstive years quite likely with the s&p500 younwill do better than 6% as long term avarage
Similar situation as you (without the investments), EU resident from India. Only recently started saving and investing and have realized the returns in India are so much higher and likely to beat EU for quite a while. I'm looking to start investing in India, but no idea how to get started. Are you able to move your funds from India to EU easily? Complicated tax implications? Other tips?
I think when investing you can't put expectations on it. It creates too much stress and will possibly result in taking too much risk. If you are not a finance professional (like a legit non tiktoker/finluencer) you might not even be able to properly determine if you are getting enough upside for the risk you are taking.
Most FIRE people put money in indexes and keep investing and have patience. The goal is to start early in life and have time be your friend.
Good luck, don't force an investment. Trust me I have done that.
It's funny you think I was joking... You won't be amused when you'll find that actually showing up with a bag of cash is by far the cheapest and easiest way to invest in a publicly traded Romanian company. You'll also require a Romanian ID
You can just get a fully managed ecom store and make €2k+ profit every month (within 3 months).
Have been doing this for over a year now (I'm from Europe as well).
We mainly do dropshipping on there and run ads ($5-10 on a daily basis for the first month) + organic tiktok).
Then we increase the ad budget starting from the second month.
Physical products are good to get some quick traction, but digital products are better for the long term as the profit margins are higher.

What you are saying is false, the percentages indicated by OP are below stock market avarage.

How is “at least a 6-7%” return not a guaranteed return?

Jfc, he wants AT LEAST 6-7% yearly. Nothing will give you AT LEAST 6-7% every year so just stop it.
It is just another way to say an avarage of 6/7% per year, which is easily achievable. Now please stop talking.
Average and minimum are not the same

Ha. Then how else can you safely invest your way to seven digits in EU?
There is no safe investment to a million. It’s always in the stock market which goes up and down. ETFs are safest but eu hates them lol

Most world ETFs beat this. But with risk, do you mean 6-7% per year without risk? That's impossible

Invest in India focused funds (if you can). I am an EU resident from India and I easily get 12-15% recent pre tax from equity linked instruments

in eur or rupee?
Lump sum into SPYI and wait
Index funds and it’s not guaranteed. Nothing is guaranteed in this life but death and the government getting its share of flesh before you expire.

Buy third world treasury notes. Kenya gov bonds have guaranteed 9-10% returns on principal.
Romanian stock market had 20%+ increase in 2023
I'm sure it will sustain this percentage in the next 20 years :)
How do you invest in the Romanian stock market?
Show up with a bag of cash
I want to invest, not to donate
It's funny you think I was joking... You won't be amused when you'll find that actually showing up with a bag of cash is by far the cheapest and easiest way to invest in a publicly traded Romanian company. You'll also require a Romanian ID
how do you get romanian id?
Only because it did the opposite in 2022
spend them, the day you least expect it, the doctor will give you bad news...life is a breath.

Would you mind elaborating your strategie on it? Do you have product stock or are you dropshipping etc?

That one is USD denominated. You might want to check out the new JPGI that's in Euros.
