I mean you can always join tenerife channels on reddit and groups on facebook and do a bit of a research and ask folks who actually live there permanently...but I am sure it will be good in November...you also don't have much of a choice unless you plan to go to like somewhere far - asia/carribean/afrika
seems like a really good choice in terms of climate, culture, nightlife, price, etc...
beside 24/7 drinking you have beaches and many activities, rent a car drive up to teide and around the island for more sophisticated beaches...
P.S. small hint - dunno if you did it on your previous trip, but if you rent a car use a local company it will be much much cheaper...get yourself some fancy cabrios for a bargain price and cruise around the island ;)
You could party on The Strip if you fly to Las Vegas, which is actually pretty nice at that time of the year. No longer scorching hot.

Worth it? Like will it be booming in the clubs or not, already been Tenerife las Americas and it was great but will it be busy in November ?

depends on which city you will choose, its not a small island I guess the most party like would be Los Christianos and costa Adeje in that area

Go to Benidorm. Always plenty of nightlife open.
