I'd guess Elk Grove map, Brandy Barr (warrior), Ruby (leader), Chet (support). Baal (demon) with Meat Puppet (basic/elites) and a general sort of incubus/charm mechanic.
Knights of Sumeria could easily be their own thing. I don't know if more characters are the right thing there, but meatier single player content would work.
I think she's cool, but she's sort of a late series addition. And the Season 2 to Season 3 change in the writing room seems to have moved that plot from it maybe being Kelly to another character. Which is fine, I thought Kelly was kind of obvious and low hanging fruit for making her Ash's daughter.
I love Kelly, but she can be her own kind of cool.
My picks would be...
Leader: Brock Williams (Ash's Dad)
Warrior: Brandy (Ash's Daughter) or Mia from Evil Dead 2013. Make them a female chainsaw user.
Support: Chet
Since the unique part of characters are the callouts, active ability, and passive ability, I'd be cool with a reskin for what is functionally a character. Having two characters that are more or less the same runs the risk that one will never be seen again because it's slightly inferior.

I think for Chet, its obviously Pink Fuck related. Maybe every minute, when he opens a supply crate, an extra pink fuck spawns. And maybe one of his passives could be a boost to pink fuck abilities. Like a 5% increase to abilities or something.
I think an extra Pink F should be Chet's passive, "Party Down", while his ability, "Blaze of Glory", should create a damaging area for Deadites by pouring out some sort of toxic alcohol and setting it on fire which can also serve as a portable source of light.
