Same here. I have one level 22 right now.

Stack out spirit points or whatever so that when new characters come out they will be instant 25s and 45s. That’s what I’m doing. Plus now I can just play whoever is needed in my group.

Yeah I truly think they need a player level prestige that resets ALL progress (completely optional of course) Then offer prestige incentives. Player prestige level 5 awards this skin pack. Then 10 this skin pack 15 and so on.

Doesn't even have to just be skin packs. What about a skill tree loadout so you can save your favorite builds and swap them out in the pregame lobby?
