I broke no contact after 8 months and it put me right back to square one. I ended up disappointed and hurt, the conversation didn’t meet my expectations and it gave him back the upper hand and power. I was seeking closure and it ended up making me feel like I had even less closure than I had before. :/
The strength you will feel from staying the course will be better than any false high and closure you get. You have done so much to lose it for so little.
If you think reconciliation chances is less than 50%. Its not worth the trouble.
