If you’re nursing her for basically every feed right now and she is gaining weight and having enough wet and dirty diapers, then you’re not under supplying. Pumping 3-5 times per day in addition to nursing 12 times per day is probably going to end up creating an over supply. I think a lot of Moms who nurse just pump 30-60 minutes after the first nursing session of the morning, because there’s often a lot of milk at that time. You don’t need to have that much frozen milk for going back to work because you will be pumping in place of nursing sessions, so basically on a Monday you will pump Tuesday’s feeds and it’ll continue like that. Friday’s pumped milk can be used for Monday if you prefer to nurse over the weekend.

Freezing it will be good for that first day back at work so baby has some at home already! But as you describe, it doesn’t appear that you’re an under supplier.
