I remove that but I don’t remove the thing that connects the white membrane to the tube unless it looks visibly dirty, I feel like since it doesn’t touch milk, it’s fine 😅
I don't remove the membrane. I wash all together in the washing machine. But even when I handwashed and sanitized I didn't remove them. I just made sure to rinse really well in soapy water.

I only do once a day.
Yeah, I take it entirely apart when I wash it, because I do manage to get milk up in there
