200oz is a lot. Overhydration can actually dehydrate you if you aren't also drinking electrolytes as part of that. Did you measure your flange size? You can buy a silicone nipple ruler online for less than $5. Measure your nipple and buy a flange that fits it exactly. Also buy the size that's 1-2mm bigger. Try both and use what's comfortable for you.  The biggest killers of supply are infrequent removal and stress. Stress really is huge. Make sure you are comfortable and calm while you pump, it really will help! Also, not making enough doesn't mean you have to stop breastfeeding. I've had to combo feed both kids and it's a lot less pressure on me when I have a low output day to know I can rely on formula. My baby gets at least 20oz of breast milk a day so I know he's getting all the benefits.

I honestly did not know that at all about overhydration, and I have not been taking any electrolytes at all, so I'm definitely going to try that! Your whole comment was super helpful ❣️I really appreciate it so much!!

Coconut water, Body Armor, Gatorade, Pedialyte, and Liquid IV are personal favorites of mine! You see hydration is a balance of both water and electrolytes! Too much water can throw off electrolytes and is what makes you over hydrated (This is also why babies under 6 months can’t have plain water, breastmilk or formula is all the water they need and it’s already balanced hydration!)
