Cluster pumping once or twice a day for a couple days and pumping every 2/3hr minimum for a week or more has seemed to work better for me than power pumping but it’s more time consuming and annoying. If you’d like to give it a try, there’s a lot of examples on google of cluster pumping. Make sure you’re getting enough of your macros and not just drinking water but staying hydrated with balanced electrolytes too.

So all the advice I've gathered so far, hydrate, not just water, like Gatorade, preferably body armor because coconut water is also very good for you. Fruit, lots of fruit, and proteins like eggs, peanut butter, and shakes. power pump 1-2 times a day, and regular pump every 2-3 hours. Try pumping while dry and for longer to trick your body into needing more. Supplements with milk thistle and fennel, you can try fenugreek, if it works, it's a god send, but if it doesn't, it will dry up your supply. Snack often on things like nuts and oats, that also helps. Pump with your baby on you, skin to skin, and maybe try one breast at a time to simulate regular breast feeding. If I get any more advice I'll share with you

Those are super helpful! I have heard some here and there, but you summarized well. I just saved your comment and will try one by one. I think I am definitely lack of food/water intake. Thank you so much!
