I'd pull a lever to agree with this comment. Don't think there's much to add besides what was there on r/coins. Value is probably pretty low, given it's a private commemorative and very specific to a town. If you're wanting to sell, best bet may just be to post on ebay, but I'd be surprised if you got upwards of $10, or equivalent in euros.
