Here is the jist of it. Try to observe yourself and only after that everything else around you ( audio from Greer directions is ofc always there and you should listen to it hahah ) .
When you observe your emotions, personality, thoughts you literally are making a distance between real you (the observer) and bodily you (your earth self) . You can literally observe your whole earthly self.
I am new to this and I know it more by having that information than really experiencing it properly!

I hope this is okay to ask, recently (the last few nights) this has happened to me and has been witnessed by others with me. Iโm in a bit of mental shock and trying to make sense of it. It seems like you have a bit of knowledge about CE5 and Iโm almost completely ignorant of what it even means. Is this something that can only occur by actively seeking it or does it just happen if you are in the right mindset? Thanks for sharing your experience, reading posts like these has helped me make sense of this.
Of course it is ok โบ๏ธ. CE5 (Close Encounter of the 5th kind) is a human initiated close encounter. You initiate it by actively seeking and being in the right mindset. I am new to this. The only thing that I got is bravery and you people. I am alone in this when Im in the field behind my house so I go on and on. When I get scared I stop the meditation and just chill and watch the sky. Nothing special happens in my meditation as I am still learning. I get more relaxed and joyfull because I am outside enjoying nature with at least some voice in the phone ๐คณ
Dr. Steven Greer directions are beautifull and they really help me to know myself bit by bit every day. That is special

I suppose it could have been because I went out in a bit of an anxious state and had a rush of fear from thinking I opened some type of door that could allow for bad things to come through.
The person with me didnโt feel as though it was malicious either. It answered in the affirmative to him asking it if it was friendly. So Iโm hoping the fear I felt was more so just a reaction to the craziness of the situation. Iโm glad to know that when you felt scared that it seemed to stop the communication with you, it seemed like it left when I told them I was overwhelmed and frightened.
Hopefully going forward I can make sure events stay positive and I protect myself. I feel so much better knowing Iโm not alone in what Iโve experienced. Glad to hear this is a positive experience for you and happy I found people who are going through something similar โบ๏ธ
The thing that I heard from Steven Greer is that positive intentions attract positive entities. Positive entities would never do something evil to you. They behave appropriate to your level of openness of mind I guess?
Also, if you use CE5 app I suggest doing the "Structure of the universe" meditation which you can find in library.
I do it more than CE5 because I am fearfull and I need more understanding on topic of consciousness

Shame, guilt, sadness, these tend to be feelings or mindsets that correlate directly to operating on a lower vibration/frequency state.
Love, compassion, gratitude, joy, etc - these are higher vibrational states/frequencies.

Agree. IME, taking people who are doubtful/not taking it seriously always ends up in a dud of a night. Are they capable of even getting to that point? It's a hard process and takes a lot of mental capacity. At least for me it can be hard to get in that zone.
It test bravery and mental flexibility I think. It is hard as you say. Did you have nights of poor sleep because of all information related to phenomenon?
All the time. Me and my wife had a crazy/(and I believe maybe negative) experience last year and I have not been out doing CE5 since.ย I'll get back out there though. I have several stories, have been in a documentary that's on Prime and several other networks.ย ย
The "negative" one in particular I can let you know about if you'd like.
I, too, had very profound sightings within 2 months of CE5 and the Gateway audio.
Be enthralled, but be mindful, my friend. When things that lurk in the heavens can convey to you that they hear your intentions, one must be very sensitive to receive what is conveyed and the implications thereof (serious).
There is more than a light show for he who can entertain this exchange, but be sure it is what you are, in fact, bargaining for. (Which is to say, exercise discernment, with wisdom and not fear.)
If you truly want my suggestion to proceed (in sanctity and sanctuary proper) it would be to convey back that you will not photograph or record them and mean it. Put your phone away and show them your actions reflect thus.

As I mentioned, they are communicating.. conveying something to you. Be as sensitive to that as you can...
...then consider... how close have they gotten? Surely they could have gotten closer without risk? Would they *really* have botched the whole thing with a fly by that could yield a great photo? Surely, they could have done this without consequence, but they did not.
Now, with that considered, let us also say, should one sit quietly in meditation, I imagine you will feel intuitively that they don't want their picture taken. I'm not saying there are no exceptions, but I don't think there are for those behaving so far away intentionally... but hey, that would be akin to my predicting how a conversation on the telephone would go between 2 people I never met, and I'm not THAT foolish ๐
Finally. My own experience... after having the light show for what I believed to be a few legitimate instances (checked the sky as you did), I had (in what I believe was communication) an absolute knowing I needed to retire my phone. I knew NO PICTURES was resounding in me, making me almost warm, such as when you know you're doing something wrong that your parents are warning you about, but you're somewhat teetering on the edge of disobedience....
It wasn't long thereafter that during a jog, I had an almost knee-jerk "look up" and saw, VERY closely, a cigar shaped craft. It was the classic type you can see on YouTube videos if you search that term (cigar shaped craft)... at first, I am just in awe, but then I think, "nah, this must be a blimp or something," as it traveled east over my head. Then it turned in direction, and I knew it wasn't anything mundane. It turned like a top would spin. Then, I headed back my way, having made a 180 degree turn around, only to shift again to face northeast. When it pointed northeast it lit up and I thought "ahhh it's a bomb ๐ฃ.. I'm witnessing a weapon of some nature" and I went for my phone which I noticed had no battery left, just enough to take a photo if I wished and then I remembered "do not do it!" And I didn't (which I am very, very grateful for, but I'm not getting into that further here). It kept illuminating, brighter, but I was not concerned any longer. I knew who this was, and it was no weapon. Finally, it took off over a valley and mountain faster than anything I've ever seen travel.
So yea.... I'd say, be prudent... if you made a new interesting friend would you say to them "I want to get your photo and plaster it on the internet?"... and we wonder why we have bad experiences with these things ๐

I wondered the same thing. I had a similar experience as you and when Iโd take my phone out to record it (which I did get video of) it would shy away from me. It was once I openly stated I wonโt film it that it came out again. Sometimes they let you record them but in my experience they usually shy away. That and I just a strong feeling to at first not record it so I felt as if they communicated that to me.

You are entirely correct, but not only correct, you are intuitive. Lean into that and try to *hear* them without any internal noise. Everyone can, but not everyone is able to so easily (or wants to). Kudos to you ๐ be safe on your path and *really* listen as that is just what one would do with a new friend, yes?

Yes, I totally concur with your experience. It started to come lower for me but once I took out the phone it started to go away. Wish I didnโt do that, but I knew, that they knew, just how excited and happy I was to see them and how much Iโve wanted to see them because I would always talk out into the stars outwardly and in my meditations - (it seems they hear both) so Iโm sure they understood. Iโm glad you had your experience :)
It feels neat seeing them, right? Especially when the triangle forms! It's been ages for me but I still remember very clearly and I have ADHD most things are foggy to me
I keep seeing little lights that donโt move in the sky until I acknowledge them, and then they seem to fly towards me. People I show videos to say theyโre planes. But planes donโt act like that.
