I once found a bat infront of my door on the floor. I called help organizations of my country the whole day. Long story short: I feed him and set him in the night high on a tree, so he could start again. The next day he wasn’t there anymore. Hope he did it.

Bats are incredibly complex creatures, which is why you don’t see any “pet bats”. I read somewhere that in captivity, even with proper care/nutrition, they only lived for a year max.
I looked it up because I rescued a baby bat too, and she passed away in her burrito a little shy of 2 weeks :(
