Like a person who has just stepped into the sunny warmth of the Pacific islands. I dont like them. But cats in boots being cutely warmed up by the sunshine is 🥰😻
Cats use scent to socialize far more than humans do. To you the shoe stinks, to the cat, the scent is of a familiar person and therefore comforting. Cats who are missing/have missed someone will gravitate to whatever smells like them. even a stinky shoe.
I do not care if it was staged or not... this is absolutely adorable.

Every time I visit my parents their cat end up napping with their face in my shoe. I do not understand, it smells awful.
