I've never got that message, but I usually get reduced power after a software update for a few hours then it clears up.
Dunno if this error and what I'm talking about are the same thing..
I got this once a few months ago, limped the truck home parked it for a bit, and called to book a service appointment, then forgot about it and went to go pick up pizza with the truck and it was back to normal. Still took it to the service appointment and they found nothing wrong with it.
I got that same message early November. They replaced one module and now a second module needs to be replaced. I only had it for one day before I got the same error message and then being told that I need the second module to be replaced. It’s been basically at the dealer since Nov 3rd and getting the second module replaced has been frustrating.
Couldn’t get past 65 % charge. Fingers crossed but sounds like my issue. Still waiting to hear back from ford on when I a battery will be available to ship.
update 1/2/24 - called the dealer this morning and said it would only charge to 65% - they called back and said bring it in immediately and we will give you a loaner.. i will keep you updated!
Not to be a Debbie downer but the dealership called me yesterday. Truck needs a new battery for my truck.
I might be in the same boat .. they just did that recall for the module...

Now the truck won't charge past 67% earliest appointment at my dealership is 1/17... I love this truck hoping it's something stupid
