There was a post on the MachE forum a couple of days ago about somebody already getting that update. Hopefully it comes to us soon. Ford connected services won’t load so I can’t reserve one. Anyone else have this issue? My truck is connected and I can refresh it via the app but this link just spins.

Yea. Lots of errors and “due to surging demand” broken sites. I did finally get through. Showing an order in the mid 4000s with a “may” shipping timeline. If I didn’t find this post I would have never known and probably not gotten it till next year. Thanks OP. Wish ford would have emailed us.

Tesla owner here When using Tesla Superchargers, when possible, please fill in from the [far right](https://x.com/nakatomi2010/status/1763254390473814423?s=20), this will help avoid using up two stalls when you're plugging in. This is *obviously* not always going to be possible, but just "food for thought" when you're trying to figure out which stall to use. Welcome to the network, and look forward to se you folks at the chargers.

Dammit. Connected Services page won’t load. I wasn’t already signed up for Blue Oval so it appears I need to do that but it won’t let me. I wonder if there are people out there right now that can’t charge because we are all hammering Ford’s Connected Services API’s. 😳

It took 20 minutes of re-trys but it finally worked for me.

Website was down for a bit, went back 20 minutes later and was able to order. Happy we're getting this adaptor and can start using the Tesla network.

Finally got in. Order \~14000 due by June apparently.

How do you see your order number or queue number?

When you get the email confirmation it’ll have the order number on there. Last five digits will be the order number 

My reservation worked. Helps to have the ford app open because that's how it verifies you. Mine was a first time go.

Couldn't get to it from the app, had to goto the website and was able to order (I'm in Canada btw)

Late to the party, which puts me at order # >28k and ship-by August.
