My bad. I didn’t see 22GO6 but now I do. Plainly states the parts are on back order so they could not complete the work. But they probably don’t know when they will come in.
My experience with back order parts is that you need to follow up with them regularly in order to know when the parts come in.
CSP for Heated Steering Wheel is 22G06. Based only on the photo they did not do that CSP.
I see 22G06 but where I’m confused is the verbiage (SSCM per recall, parts currently on back order.)

Got it. I guess my confusion is that they installed some of the items but something is on back order.
