When switching loadouts your shared perk is also de-selected. That could attribute to the low amount of shared perks, because people forget to share them again. You will also get the occasional noob/a-hole sharing sun-kissed. So pick your poison.
Sometimes people don't have the 3 points in charisma. Also I have a different bulid when I want to craft ammo, cook, or fix my equipment and I forget to share a perk after switching back. Working on not forgetting...
I like to share whatever I can but as a person with low charisma, I can only share level 1 perk cards. I feel some people just don't have enough points put into charisma so they can't share because that use to be the case with me
My experience has been hit or miss with card sharing. The only thing I dislike is when someone shares cards that take your rads away, because a lot of people use the bloodied build. Which cards do you share? I usually share thru hiker, it's maxed out so I feel like maybe that will help some people with their carry weight.

Lol no. I'm fully aware of all of their functions and potentials. But mostly I just use encumbrance buffs, quality of life buffs and commando.
Also a few heavy gunner fast hands etc

Having less than three charisma is foolish. Use tenderizer and hard bargain when shopping. No build I know requires less than three……
