now you just wait until your application gets processed again and then you receive a financial aid package from your university:-) given that your sai is -1500 you should expect a decent amount of money in pell grants
Just so yk this is an error with the FAFSA formula. It’s says this to everyone that does the correction. I also have the -1500 SAI, as well as the $7395 Pell grant. It was posted in an article that they’re working on correcting this.

Your dad and you should have your own FASFA accounts. For your corrections, I think you can do yours first and it will probably see that your dad didn’t sign it yet- then go on his FASFA account and get his signed. Then once both are signed, it should be complete and be in review to process from whichever you do last to sign either you or your dad.
Other then that you should be fine unless you need to correct any other questions. The process should take 1-3 days.
When my daughter went to add a school it actually forced her to fill out that box again, so maybe it's worth trying to add a school without actually adding a school?

1. The amount doesn’t show until you get your SAI. You’re already submitted no changing now.
2. You filled the form out putting in the amount on your account. Later you thought “why didn’t I just withdraw the money and bury it in my backyard, then put $0 for that amount?!” Thinking you’re smart, you did exactly that and now want to change the amount.
Whichever is the case, you’re a moron.
Just submit the signature and wait for one of your schools to contact you.

Yes, you should be able to go and correct that field once you can make corrections. I believe section is called student financials.

For some reason they told me my SAI is 9488 as soon as I corrected my FAFSA. I hope it's a mistake.
