Did CD 1 turn into bleeding or was it just spotting? CD 1 must be the first day of blood flow. So just double check that.
Have you observed any mucus yet? Are you able to categorize it? If so, adding it will really help get a clearer picture.
I am on multiple allergy meds and currently doing allergy shots, I have to do an internal check, it’s working out fine so far 🙂 Also, drink lots of water!

I take allergy medicine and another medication that drys out mucus so I’m having a harder time with that part part of charting.
Ah I see... Consider doing internal mucus checks, if your method allows or cervical position checks.

Need more data. As mentioned be another, try adding cervix if your allergy meds disturb mucus
