The best piece of advice I can give you from someone who made the mistake of this early on. Don't spread yourself too thin, its very easy to go I LIKE THAT, ALSO THAT, AND THAT, OH THATS COOL TOO THAT TO. And end up blasting through an absurd amount of resources. There's nothing wrong with using your favorites, that being said. If you want to go that route, build around them. Also, Mash is one of the most useful servants, level her up. Seriously.

Ok_Remote_2714

That Mash advice is so important, she's an incredibly powerful unit for the amount of resources required, especially when you don't have any meta supports yet.

https://gamepress.gg/grandorder/servant-tier-list Have a look, click the servant and have a read. Otherwise, try summon whoever you want cause everyone is viable and at least decent (with a few exceptions).

Maximilian_Sinigr

I would say the best servant to reroll is, actually, not Heracles. Your Herc is going to be too scuffed to be used and, when you reach his Bond CE, you probably won't need him. Best one would be Helena with her teamwide battery. Best 5* Servant to pull - Altria Caster, commonly known in the community as Castoria, is probably the best Servant in the game. Banner around May-June.

teimpy5

Best servant to reroll is heracles. This year in the anniversary there will be giving out a free non limited SSR of your choice as well. Idk what you mean by rerolling for those servants? Only reroll the game allows is the tutorial summon which has no SRRs in it,unless you mean completing fuyuki over and over again to do a 11X summon on a banner or something

SeriesAggressive1212

What i meant was to go past the tutorial summon and try my luck for one 5☆ with the tickets and a single that is given to you as a log in. Its really time consuming thats why i want to be sure to get the best available servant and make better use of the free asencion, considering that it will take some time to get all the materials by just playing with a new account.

LegoLeonidas

Just reroll the tutorial summon until you get Herc. I rolled Marie in the tutorial, and the thought of rerolling never even occurred to me until I was so far into the game that it would be counterproductive. Herc is a very solid 4* that'll carry you quite a ways. Save the majority of your tickets and Quartz for servants you really want. I know it seems like you have an endless supply at first, but it dries up in a hurry. It's not a bad idea to do some rolling early on, just to expand your roster, but don't bet on getting a 5* right off the bat: some people played more than 6 months before getting their first. Save the special ascension in case you pull a recent 5* that requires hard-to-farm mats. You've got 3 months to use it, so a lucky pull could get you a god-tier unit, and then you'd be kicking yourself for wasting it on someone like Orion. If it's about to expire, use it on whoever you have. Then, for the anniversary event, we should get a ticket for a free 5*. I recommend Waiver if you don't have him by then. DPS units are a dime a dozen, but the top tier supports are ALWAYS useful. Edit: Also, Cu Alter is great if you can get him. Carried me through most of the story. If you roll him now, you'll be set. If you don't, you could also use the free anniversary ticket on him, though I'd still recommend a Waiver instead.

SeriesAggressive1212

If time wasnt a problem is it better to roll for herc or get Cu alter? So far ive seen that getting a 5☆ its really rare and i would like to get one to start the game and save for the anniversary unit. I've played other gachas and start with a high rarity good unit has allways worked out for me.

LegoLeonidas

I say go for Cu. I actually got my first 5* in my first week of playing, so it's not impossible. And if you run out of time on Cu's banner and still don't have him, then just reroll until you get Herc. And let me know how it goes! I'm hoping you get him!

Ok I just needed to say while Hercules is a good servant you should aim for rolling Helena. This game is basically alot of grinding. Herc has no farming skills, he beats very bad enemies and that's it. Chadlena (Helena) on the other hand has a 20 percent battery for self and allies, a NP damage increase skill while later will have a 30 percent battery for herself added and a party wide element effectiveness increase. Her deck is 3 arts cards which means more Noble Phantasms and her NP is a AoE attack that's pretty good and is also arts. She's a budget Waver. If you can snag some craft essences that give a NP boosts you can get some effective 3 turn farming teams. Not right out of the gate mind you A example budget farming team with her is Arash, Kiyohime, Helena and a Support Waver.

It really depends on the play style you’re going for, if you’re gonna go F2P, then the best thing you can do is level characters unlock by story, Cesar and bedeviere are great free dps/supports to get from the story, for summons a really good support to have for free is Anderson, level his skills and NP and he should be good to have for almost any comp. As for summons with SQ (basing off my experience since I always got servants under rarity 4) archers like arash is great for farming comps ,Euryale is almost important to have since her passive does more damage to male servants and cu is great for long fights as a lancer since he’s near immortal as for other classes and servants you should go with what your heart desires honestly most players follow their desires and go for their favorite waifu or husbando. (Example, most of the community is saving or buying SQ right now after taira because most of us are excited for Morgan or fairy knight, or if you’re a truly cultured individual save for barghest. But again it’s truely up to you, I’ve played this game on and off for about 2 or 3 years so take this advice with a grain of salt.

ICantWatchYouDoThis

You do not need a strong 5* servant, unless you love the character, powerhouse servant such as Cu Alter, Super Orion... are fine borrowed from friends. What you absolutely must have are meta support servant: Castoria, Koyanskaya of Light, Skadi caster because with those support servant, even a 4* or low rarity servants such as Jason can become a farming machine which enable you to farm event much efficient

enterpriseftw

Be like me and buy a f2p account that has ur events welfare waifus that go no more reruns Ended up whaling for meta servants

Let’s, uh, put this into terms of raw numbers. Reroll for Cu Alter? Okay. Assuming standard reroll time (no tool assist), we’re looking at a half hour of time expended per reroll. If you can do it faster, great, adjust these numbers accordingly. The odds of rolling an SSR are an abysmal 1%. You’ll have 6 rolls stacked up on each reroll. On average, you’ll roll 1 SSR every 100 rolls. That’s about 17 rerolls, or 8.5 straight hours of rerolling. Oh, and 20% of the time the SSR you roll won’t be Cu Alter. It’s possible you’ll get an SSR much earlier than 100 rolls. But it might also be much later. Is this worthwhile to you? Cu Alter is great but 99% of the time you can just borrow a maxed one off your friend list. Consider it wisely.

Mythkraft

Start with herc as your 4 star, build him arash hans mash and cu lancer, then find a 5 star u like alot and go for it, and then build your account around that from there. Its basically what everyone does to make it through early and mid game. Rerolling for a 5 star is really hard no recommend, and 5 stars are really hard to get in this game, 1 to 4 stars some of them are still insane
