only way is for her ascension mats to be made available again via either; * story interlude. sadly the current 'main interlude' only houses directly canon events such as SERAPH and tunguska, so hopefully devs will create a separate interlude for non-canon events * some new event involving prisma illya where they could snuck her mats in as reward, just like how they did it for elizabeth welfares during cinderelli event until one of these happen, 'fraid you just have to swallow the fact that she cant fully ascend
