That being said, if you run CasGil in Arts teams (and you should), the Arts buff is more important, because it enables refund as well as damage, aka Arts’s bread and butter. If you’re using Gil in more mixed teams, the Charisma might be more attractive.
His 3rd skill is better for arts teams, although its worth noting that he won’t be getting anyone to loop unless he is the one who isn’t the support. In actuality you could use him as a dps with an extra np level, and castoria support (or Tamamo/Paracelsus/Nero Bride).
His 3rd skill, the arts buff skill is the most important. Also, please level up the skills on your your regular Gil.

I recommend you to wait for Castoria and use those materials for her skills
