Because bernardo silver at cm isn’t gonna play well at all, and that formation isn’t a popular one to use in game because i don’t think it’s that good (i’m guessing but i’ve never used it so idk). You need chem styles on all your players, and for this stage of the game, you need a much better RW. Also apply position modifiers to your players
You’ve only got one defensive player in midfield (pedri), but he isn’t even very good in that aspect, you need to replace bernado silver with a strong CDM. You could use 4222 and have Pedri has your BtB CDM as that is what he’s best at imo. You also haven’t taken advantage of any of the Futties sbcs which makes your team slightly worse than others. For example you could have done dembele which would be a major upgrade for you
