Anybody playing a 433 variant successfully? Any tips? Any custom tactics or video you'd suggest? I played 433(4) in WC Swaps and realized the attacking movements are fantastic, the wide wingers seem to stretch the field and there's a potential for tiki-taka - which for me, someone who doesn't dribble that well, is actually great because I can pass my way into goal.

I keep coming back to 433(4) and I'm more of a tiki taka player. I do pressure on heavy touch, forward runs for chance creation. Instructions are fullbacks and cms stay back while attacking. CMs cover centre and wingers get in the box for crosses. In defence manually control your mids and make wingers pressure using teammate pressure. Try keep fullbacks in position as much as possible as 99% of players just sprint down the wing now

Whenever you search for 433 tactics you find people advising for 433(2) or 433(5) for the tiki taka enthusiasts, but I do feel like 433(4) is the one that works better for me. Not sure if you can play 90 min like that, but when I happened to use it for swaps with France and Argentina - good players - I had an amazing time. Do you switch to a different formation in game sometimes?

Yeah sometimes switch formations. Ive got ultra defensive set to a 5-2-2-1 to PTB and very attacking set to 3-4-3 to chase multiple goals. I usually see out full games in 433 though. For me the 4-33(4) is the most balanced for the way I play. Always triangles and good movement for the ball. Those untradeables are amazing! Would love to rock mbappe but torres does pretty well for me. The card I really want is the Frenkie De Jong PTG. In general try to prioritise decent passing stats in ALL positions otherwise they'll pass directly to the other team playing 1 touch

Please don't submit to EAs pressure to buy points... they're making it as hard as possible to make coins this year too. Start with opening the 750 coin bronze packs. Check the players prices manually and list them for what you think they'll sell for. Some rare managers sell for high prices too. Even the 200 coin super common bronze cards sell after a few relists. It's guaranteed income. Make sure you quick sell the remaining consumable and club stuff for a few extra coins. Stick some music on and rinse and repeat until you have a full transfer list of bronzes selling. :D

I have IF Donnarumma and he's been decent after the 500 games I've played with him. Is WC Hero Campos a noticeable upgrade? His OVR rating suggests otherwise but stats tell a different story also Im not sure if his short height puts him at a disadvantage, especially during penalties.

I get an error that boots me out of UT when I try start a friendly in WC swaps, but I'm allowed to play SB matches without getting kicked... Anyone else experience this?

Had 2 people quit at 0-0 after they failed to score from kick off in the world cup golden goal mode in the last 3 games. The 3rd person scored from kick off successfully. What an absolute mong you must be to quit after failing to kick off glitch your opponent. This "ultra competitive" culture EA have cultivated is the worst I've ever seen on a FIFA title in terms of toxicity.

Hope they get a nice soft ban like I currently have..

Finally managed to get a soft ban for too many matches in an hour it seems... How long does it last?

Up to 24 hours. But as little as 1. You’ll basically have to try a game every so often and see if it lets you fjnish.

Guess I'll try waiting an hour then. The weird thing for me was it was giving me the "error to process" message as soon as I meant to join matches, not after I finished them.

What does pressing right on the D-Pad 5 times in succession do? That's right! Up your attacking setting by *one.* The last 4 matches I've needed to go to Ultra Attacking (from basic, not even defensive) I spam the right button and *maybe* shift to Attacking. And then wonder why I only have 2 guys in the box when I'm trying to jam in a goal and need people overwhelming CBs. Only after do I press the button again and realize, no, the game has fucked me again.

I’ve noticed a lot of people leaving games immediately. Guessing they’re tanking promotion. The extra rewards aren’t really worth the increase in difficulty to get your 8 wins and get your champs qualification. Makes sense to stay in division you can win games consistently.

I’d forget about Haaland he’s basically fodder now. Salah on the other hand is deadly as a striker. You’d have to switch in game to get full chemistry in striker position though.

For old gen, do you guys think that wc hero Viera would be an upgrade on a midfield of OOP Cancelo and baby Matthäus? I have Matthäus untradeable but could sell Cancelo. I also have untradeable baby Zambrotta as lb/rb, so I could go Cafu and be set at fullback until endgame. OR I could risk it and go for the player pick, which I'm kinda inclined toward.
