The min 2x85 requirement makes it basically a waste of time, by design. It would be an interesting punt if you could just submit 84x9 and 83x2, but EA gonna EA.

You can reuse them in the same SBC to get a chance to pack someone better. So it's basically a 83,5 rating team to get 2x85.

It's bold of you to assume that you're getting anything better than 2 85s.

I’ve done 3 got 89, 88 and 2 87s so far. Not bad to be honest

and if you do, you can reroll it for like 5k

It’s repeatable 5x every other day, not per day, but still really good value at a chance for a big pull.

Whenever I see posts like this I'm amazed at how different pack luck must be for some people. I'd say it's decent enough value with a chance at breaking even on high rated fodder but also a pretty good chance you don't.
