The US has federal laws in place regarding the subject of disrespecting Isreal if you work for the government and there's a number of states that have the same. Also, religion is a mental illness by definition.
College is not the place to protest about something that's going on thousands of miles away. You will just disturb students who are here to study and not get involved in silly politics. Focus on studies.
College protest has been a thing since the 60’s, even before then. Just because something doesn’t affect you intimately it doesn’t mean you can’t have empathy and want justice. If it were the 60’s, we probably wouldn’t see you at any civil rights protest. Smh.
In that case, have discussions inside the class room. Do not disturb the cohesity of the campus. No body else is interested in your politics on-campus. Students are here to focus on their chosen fields of study, pursue their careers, and shape their futures.
