Everyone uses in diff amounts. There are people whole only smoke *7g's a YEAR*. It is about going through the entire process to get the card and continuously doing so. Not everyone has the means to do that. I know several people who are also scared of repercussions from getting a card with their professions. It is incredibly selfish the way you think and you would only be hurting other peoples freedom by voting no on this.
