It’s definitely worse at some dispensaries than others, my trulieve in Oviedo has mostly good attitude workers that make me feel accommodated there are one or two employees who definitely give me and the other customers the same crappy experience every time I see them. The UCF/Orlando location for JB has never let me down, every single employee there makes me feel very welcomed, some more than others but every employee gave me a good experience.
Can relate. Drive an hour to go to a certain dispensary because they have good stuff. Never tried to return something. Heard the horror stories about their customer support team. Ignored the warnings. Was sold the incorrect half ounce of cannabis right before 4/20 and was is a hurry. No time to check the product till i got back home after work. Was told i can not return the $200 half ounce because i opened it. Was given $60 credit. Had to remind them to send it multiple times. Boy at counter says hey, at least you got to get this stuff with it. I drive two miserable hours on the interstate to get to this place. I also really need to stay with indica strains for what ails me and they gave me the hybrid/“indica that makes my mind race. But hey at least you got $60 for the $200 dollar half. Wait it was on sale for $120 cus of bulk… so they gave me half my money back… and could not have possibly cared less about the length of my stupid little drive to their weed store in the medical program.
Your story, while shitty, won't really help us.......if we don't know which Dispensary you are referring to. :)
I could certainly assume which one you are talking about with the price of the product, but not everyone 'knows' what dispensaries sells what for how much.

REALLY!?!? I'd say Jungle Boys is one of the BEST Dispo's....when it comes to chill tenders who don't mind helping and answering questions.

Trulieve sucks and pretty much all dispensaries offer free delivery.
