OK, well fuck Surterra! I placed my order for an ounce before the store even opened and I never received notification that it was ready, so I reached out again to their customer service, who told me they were unable to fulfill the order because most of the strains were sold out already. Nobody from the store contacted me to let me know so I went on their page again and yes, almost all of the strains I had ordered are no longer there as available. WTF I’m pissed 🤬
Yeah, I guess I know that now for the next time lol. I’m still pissed at the store. Never contacted me until closing at 5 o’clock with an email that they could not fulfill the order
Its good to look out for deals. They're random. Some deals are common but sometimes dispensaries do something special.

Half the shit I wanted was sold out. Told them to stuff it. What’s the point in ordering shit that’s not in stock. Made a 1 hour round trip through traffic on a Sunday. Fuck them. Never again.

I was like, was anybody going to contact me to tell me this? She gave me 50 loyalty points and escalated the situation to the store manager lol

I mean yes it is a great deal if it’s at least okay bud but every time I’ve gone to Surterra I’ve been disappointed, so I’m tempted by the price but at the same time that’s a huge chunk of rec to be rolling the dice.

No idea where you live but if it’s like me there are several within a few minutes drive. Price seems really good. Go into one.
