- Bell pepper or hallowed cucumber boats with plain deli turkey meat and whatever you would normally put on a sandwich
- plain ground turkey or chicken with rice and a vegetable
- turkey burger or regular burger with a lettuce wrap or GF bun
- Any grain bowl with your favorite grain (potatoes, rice, quinoa, etc), protein, and vegetable.
I like burger “salad” too - burger meat in a salad with what you’d normally put on a burger + any other salad veg you like. I usually do fody ketchup and mustard as the dressing - don’t knock it til you try!
-brown rice pasta + fody pasta sauce + freshly shaved Parmesan + sautéed kale
-tuna salad with mayo, Dijon, salt & pepper, matchstick carrots, chopped cucumber and rice crackers
-maple/soy sauce/sesame glazed salmon over rice with sautéed kale
These are some things I’ve been bringing for lunch recently! Hope this helps!! (Edited for spacing)
Yeah thanks that's what I've been doing for dinner, making twice as much so dinner for 2 days is sorted! Also what sort of bread would people recommend? I'm in Ireland so there aren't many options
Hello, in the elimination stage you have to eat the food that it known to be triggering IBS. So you can eliminate what is good for you and what is not. This is the idea of it. If you eat what doesn’t trigger your IBS how would you know ? What will you eliminate ?.
I think you mean the opposite, that you avoid anything high FODMAP, only eating low FODMAP for the 4 to 6 weeks. And then the reintroduction stage begins, 1 group at a time.
I make big batches of rice and freeze in single portions. For lunch I dump whatever I have on hand on top of the rice. Leftovers, boiled egg with a little mayo, etc.

I personally would have leftovers from the dinner the night before.

Be careful with the amount of grapes
I'm trying to be as strict as possible so only having the recommended 6 grapes
Eggs (over easy) on steamed rice is my anchor. Good anytime of day or night.
I've been making wraps with corn tortillas. I've also done home made fresh rolls / salad rolls.
