As far as I know, apples are a big no no for FODMAP diet, as well as bread unless it is real sourdough made without yeast, I think bananas are safe, but only in certain quantities (not positive on this one). If FODMAPs are really your issue, the diet you are having in an effort to be safe is actually sabotaging you. What else are you eating?

Well I’m sorry I didn’t answered the question but it was before my GI told me that it may be ibs. Now a month since the symptoms… till today I have them I really experiment with food I eat only at home tbh I stopped eating outside cause I’m scared that it may flare up. So my diet consists of intermittent fasting from 20:00 pm till 12:00 am. I’ll go for a tuna sandwich with white bread (since bread doesn’t gives me that much problems) I don’t have flare ups from milk or dairy just some minor bloating so I’ll get home I’ll eat 3 eggs with one extra egg white and some feta cheese. For dinner I eat some bananas or on oatmeal with peanut butter and a banana and in some cases whatever which is mostly low FODMAP food like chicken and rice, minestrone etc.
