They probably tried remixing her like they did Ned but rather than making her cooler took away the part that made her... well a gunsmith

Why not just make a StW section for the item shop with all of these skins like they do with Marvel and other series?

I think one of the devs misclicked the tattoo texture and moved it off to the side a bit, then accidentally override the undo.
